Recommended for couples looking for a getaway
This hotel is excellent you really feel the quality in every corner. The rooftop pool was amazing after a long day out and about, it gives you a perfect view to unwind. The breakfast was at a cute spot next door so you can fuel up properly before hitting the beach.
It wasn't cheap, but for the comfort and location it's still acceptable.

The accommodation had a very central location on the parallel avenue to main street 5th avenue. Plus, it was next to quintana roo as well as Chichen Itza, Tulum, Coba, Xcaret.

Soho Playa exceeded my expectations in several areas. The location is prime, just a block from 5th Avenue, made exploring the area super convenient. The rooftop pool, though small, provided a nice escape with great views. Staff members were great, going out of their way to assist. I loved the breakfast options. The omelets and fresh fruit were tasty, and the outdoor seating made for a lovely environment. I experienced inconsistent Wi-Fi in my room, which became frustrating when I needed to work. The room, while spacious, had some uncomfortable furniture that felt cheap. The shower didn't have consistent hot water, and the pool area could use better maintenance to enhance the overall experience. I enjoyed my stay, but these improvements could make it even better.

Truly enjoyed our very well decorated rooms in this place.
We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. The bed was comfy and the balcony had stunning views over the town. It had a perfect and nice location - right at an art gallery. The hotel staff was caring and very friendly.

Had an awesome group trip with friends! We loved lounging at Mamitas Beach Club and playing a round at Gran Coyote Golf. Just a heads up, the restaurant Enzo's is perfect for breakfast, definitely check it out!
We struggled with the wifi in our room. It was pretty unreliable, frustrating at times.

Nothing too much trouble, this was a good stay on vacation. There was amazing food, the stuff was genuinely helpful and highly professional. Truly enjoyed the minimalist-style building and our a nice size room with 1 double bed. Its location close to Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall was comfortable...

Excellent position: few steps from the beach and next to the 5 Avenida, but without being in the middle of clubs. Very spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. Some of them are fitted with large balcony. Voucher to get daily free umbrella/chairs and food discount at the Mamita Beach Club. Free parking facilities along the street.
Nothing really to complain, except the fact that the hotel was only recently opened: still feeling of "work in progress". We had minor issues during our stay, but the young staff has been always helpful and they have offered us a dinner and discount on our stay.

I stayed for 5 nights in the King Room. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and the A/C worked great. The fridge was a lifesaver for keeping drinks cold. The bathroom was big, but I could tell the shower head needed replacing as it sprayed in weird directions. But the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Some furniture felt kinda cheap, but overall, it was decent for what we needed.
